Yes — any time, directly from your dashboard. Add-ons are prorated to your current billing cycle and start immediately. You can also upgrade your base plan at any time; the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your minimum term.

Our management fee is 20% of your monthly ad spend, billed monthly alongside your plan. A minimum ad budget of $500/month is required. Ad spend itself goes directly to Google or Meta through your own accounts — AdIQ never controls your actual ad budget without explicit authorization.

A qualified lead is either: (1) an answered inbound call lasting more than 60 seconds, or (2) a verified form submission that includes a valid phone number. Every lead is AI-scored in real time. Spam calls, robocalls, and vendor calls are automatically excluded — you only pay for genuine prospects.

No. You can adjust your ad budget any time with 30 days notice. We recommend keeping a consistent budget for at least 90 days to allow the algorithms to optimize, but we'll never force a minimum spend beyond the $500/mo threshold required to access managed campaigns.
